May 28, 2011 marks the 50th anniversary of the founding of Amnesty International. Hans Zimmer and Lorne Balfe wrote the music for the anniversary video. Musicians who participated include Lili Haydn, Aleksey Igudesman, Satnam Ramgotra, Martin Tillman and Michael Hobe. Watch the video and help celebrate human rights globally.

Today, Varese Sarabande released the new soundtrack for KUNG FU PANDA 2, which Hans wrote with John Powell. The album is now available on iTunes and Amazon.com. The film opens this Thursday, May 26, in 3D! Also, this past weekend, PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: ON STRANGER TIDES was number one at the box office - thanks to all the fans that went to see it!!
